Ronald Inglis – Chairman

Ronald graduated from the University of Dundee with an LLB in 1994 and a Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 1995. He then joined Mitchells Roberton as a trainee, becoming a Partner in June 2005. Ronald took up the role of Chairman on 1st April 2025 having previously served a 10 year stint as cash room partner.

Having trained here Ronald fully endorses the tradition and approach of the firm and the  belief that people – both clients and colleagues –  are at the core of business and he will continue to preserve and strengthen the Mitchells Roberton caring culture. 

Ronald acts for a wide range of clients and deals with the purchase and sale of both commercial and residential property, commercial leasing, the acquisition and disposal of businesses, and in offering general and business contract advice. 

Ronald is an excellent problem solver with great attention to detail and remains calm when under pressure.  

Ronald is a keen sportsman, playing and watching football and golf, and cycling and walking wherever possible.  Ronald is also a keen reader and music fan and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
