Staff at Mitchells Roberton, Glasgow's oldest firm of solicitors, aren't just legal eagles...their skin is the best in the business!
Angela McClellend (25), who previously worked as an Office Junior at the firm, is now a self-employed beautician and offers beauty treatments to female staff at their desks in the firm's North Hanover Street offices.
But today she was surprised to be asked to turn her attention to a MALE member of staff!
Trainee lawyer Paul Neilly is marrying Jacquelyn Hay in May and wants to look his best for the big day. So the firm footed the bill and asked Angela to go to work on his face.
Angela, from Clydebank, is based in Tranquillity at Esporta in Milngavie. She said: "I offer the usual range of beauty services such as manicures, pedicures, reflexology, cosmetic application and body hair removal. But that's usually for ladies.
"I was surprised but delighted to give Paul a facial. He obviously wants to look his best for his fiancee and a facial cleans, exfoliates and nourishes the skin to promote clear, well-hydrated skin. Ideally, you should get a facial every four to six weeks because that's how long it takes the skin to regenerate.
"So a few more of these by his wedding day and Paul's complexion will be up there with Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp!"
Mitchell Roberton's Marketing Manager Sarah Gurton said: "We felt Paul might appreciate a bit of pampering and Angela was on the spot to help.
"At Mitchells Roberton, we encourage our people to spend time with Angela. Things can get pressurised in the working day, so it's a great way to relax, have time for yourself, and look good."
